Information you provide
If you create an account, the service receives the name, email address, and password you submit. Account and password changes are sent to the service API. Password reset requests are handled by the service; the interface does not reveal whether an email address belongs to an account.
Tool activity
The QR code generator runs in your browser. Its input is used to create the QR image locally. Text-to-speech relies on your browser’s SpeechSynthesis voices. Those browser tools may record a usage action when an action completes, if the service is available.
Text submitted to Translator is sent to the MartinsAre Tools service API for translation. The service may rely on a configured third-party translation provider. If no provider is configured, the tool will say so instead of returning a fabricated translation.
Usage and account information
Signed-in users can see usage information associated with their account. Authorized administrators can view account and aggregate usage information through the admin pages. Access is controlled by the service.
Cookies and local storage
The API may use same-origin cookies to maintain your sign-in. The interface stores your light or dark theme choice in local storage on this device.
